TIME GAP - INBETWEEN EACH PHOTOGRAPHER :
**  This is very important **

When setting up a Model day at Libre Studio there is a requirement that good time gaps are left in-between each photographer arriving and leaving.

The rule for working out these gaps & your time structure is as follows :
2 hour session :
Needs to then be followed by a   -     30 minute break
3 hour session :  
Needs to then be followed by a   -     45 minute break 
4,5 or 6 hour session :
Needs to then be followed by a   -      1 hour break

SOME 'FREE OF CHARGE' TIME OFFERED
FOR BOOKINGS 7 HOURS OR ABOVE :

To help with adding these important gaps inbetween each photographer,  - for model days only we do provide some 'free of charge' studio time, so long as the total number of hours you are paying for is above 7 hours.
The free of charge time is as follows :
If you pay for between : 
7 - 8.5 hours 
30 minutes of extra time is added for free.
If you pay for : 
8.5 hours or above 
1 hour is added free of charge

EXAMPLE TIME STUCTURE  :

To give you an example of just one possible time structure, (that follows the rule above), please see underneath:

9am - 11am  
1st Photographer session
11.30am - 2.30pm 
2nd Photographer session
3.15pm - 6.15pm 
3rd Photographer session

In this particular time structure example you would be paying for 8.5 hours of studio time, and then 1 hour of extra studio time is added free of charge, making the overall time 9.5 hours  - ( 9am - 6.30pm).
So, you pay the studio for 8.5 hours  -  £102,  but with the free hour added you then get to use 9.5 hours of studio time (which gives you the 9am - 6.30pm slot).

Obviously, there are different combinations of time slots you could choose, for example you could do 4 sessions of 2 hours each, and doing it that way you would then have 30 minute gaps inbetween each session.
The way you organise this is up to you, however it is a requirement that you always apply the gaps according to the rule shown above.

SECURING A BOOKING :

Booking the studio to do a Model day is treated the same as a studio hire booking.
This means the terms & conditions, cancellation policy etc..  is all the same and it is very important that you make yourself fully aware of this information.

IMPORTANT DETAILS :

-  When you book the studio to do a model day - booking and filling the time slots is completely your responsibility .
The studio is not responsible for taking bookings from the photographers, or for finding people to fill your time slots.
-  If you dont fill all the hours, the full studio amount is still required to be paid  -  for example if you book for 9 hours, and you only end up using 5 hours, the full 9 hour amount does always still need to be paid.

Studio Help & Assistance :
-  As the studio we will help the organisation of your model day in this way : 
The studio has bookings all day, every day, 7 days a week, so there are photographers coming to the studio all the time  -  I will make people aware of your model day, and anyone who I think could be interested I will contact them as well, and I will send them your details so they can speak to you.
When photographers book with you  -  if they have any questions at all you can send them my email address and I will happily answer any queries they have about the studio (email is always the best way for them to contact me).
And then on the day, I will always be on hand to help with setting up the studio, showing photographers the lighting, and answering questions etc...
- However, as said before, the resonsibilty of filling the day, taking bookings etc.. is always upto you.
-  With studio days each time slot can only have a maximum of 2 photographers present, so if 2 photographers who know each other want to share a time slot that is ok, however this is the maximum number, there cant be any more than 2 people sharing one time slot.
-  As soon as you have filled the day, or at the latest 7 days before the booking, you will need to send me the details about the structure of your day, the names of each individual photographer who are coming, and what times each one is arriving/leaving etc..

BOOKING & SECURING THE STUDIO  :

If you are happy with the details above, and when you are ready to book and secure a studio time slot, please follow the details below.

The studio availability calendar is always kept up to date, so that is always the best place to check all current availability.

If a day shows as green on that calendar, that means it is currently available, if it shows as grey or yellow that means it is either unavailable or already booked.          ​ 

Once you have seen a suitable day / time that shows as green on the calendar, to make a booking enquiry just fill in the booking form (by clicking the 'book now' button), and adding the start time, number of hours, date etc..

I will then email you back with the deposit payment details and full booking information.

Bookings are ONLY secured by payment of the deposit.

Once the deposit is paid -  the day/time will be taken off the calendar (so no one else can book it), and you will receive a confirmation email.

Once you receive the confirmation email, at that point you will then know for sure that the time slot is secured to you.
